At TinyTrendz, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at tonewalt82@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

For ordinary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
